Every LucidRoast bag is roasted and packed to order — nothing sits in a warehouse. Orders are typically roasted, packed, and shipped within 3–5 business days, with delivery time on top of that. You'll receive tracking by email the moment your order ships.
We currently ship within the United States only. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
Returns & Replacements
Because every bag is roasted fresh specifically for you, we can't accept returns on opened coffee — but we stand behind every order:
Damaged, defective, or incorrect orders: contact us within 30 days of delivery via the contact page with your order number and a photo, and we'll replace it or refund you. No drama, no forms in triplicate.
